Shipping policy

Shipping Times:

All products are either shipped from the UK Or the USA. This all depends on your location of residence so we can offer faster shipping times. 

On Average shipping times are between 3 to 5 days in the UK and 5 to 7 days in the United States. Europe is between 7 to 10 days. This is from mock up approval and not placed order time. 

Shipping times are general estimate. Changes to mock ups and uploads of additional images can increase the mock up approval times.  

Approval Process: 

All customers will receive a mock up prior to any printing to ensure customer satisfaction. Most mock ups are issued to the customer within 3 days for you to approve. Once approved the items will be printed, packaged and shipped. A tracking code will also be issued to keep you informed on the delivery. 

Any changes made through the approval process will affect shipping times.
